Senior Appointment at J.D. Power
J.D. Power and Associates has appointed Scot Eisenfelder as senior vice president of its automotive retail practice. Eisenfelder will be responsible for the enhancement and growth of the practice area, including syndicated research, proprietary tracking, consulting, and learning and performance systems.
Eisenfelder has considerable experience in both research and automotive and technology consulting. Prior to J.D. Power, he led the West Coast business development team as a partner at Accenture, focusing on automotive, power sport and industrial equipment manufacturers. He also worked in the Engineering Manufacturing Group at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and helped launch the Connecticut office of J.D. Power and Associates in the early 1990s.
Eisenfelder has a bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University, an MBA in entrepreneurial studies from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Fulbright Scholar in International Economic Relations.
According to Steve Goodall, president and CEO of J.D.
