New Funds for App Engagement Analytics Firm Neura
Neura, which provides developers with analysis of how users engage with their apps, has raised $16m in a Series B round of funding. Funds will be used to expand its headcount, develop its business in the US and EU, and launch new products.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in San Francisco, Neura also has R&D operations in Herzliya, Israel, and gives developer clients access to user behavior in order to personalize their apps. The new investment has been led by Pitango Venture Capital and Liberty Technology Venture, with support from Moneta Capital, Amdocs and AXA Ventures. This latest round adds to Neura's 2016 Series A round of $11m and brings the total raised to date to $32m.
Neura CEO Amit Hammer (pictured) comments: 'It has become increasingly clear that brands that understand the real-world behavior of their users will lead the next generation of the mobile economy. This funding validates the importance of contextualizing digital experiences and will help us empower digital products with the intelligence to create meaningful, long-lasting customer relationships'.
