'Cannabis Survey Marketplace' Launched
US-based Leaf Traders is launching what it calls the first self-service survey marketplace for qualitative research into cannabis and hemp markets.
The Cannabis Survey Marketplace serves as a platform for customized cannabis and hemp B2C and B2B research, and offers consumers cash rewards for completing surveys. The company says this allows a survey of 200 respondents to be completed for $600, versus 'the industry standard of $5,000 to $15,000'. Users can create and post branded surveys with the help of standard question formats and survey types.
Reports site Research and Markets forecasts the North American cannabis market will grow from just over $8bn in goods and services in 2017 to $35bn by 2023.
Leaf Traders CEO and founder Brad Basar (pictured) comments: 'It's crucial for industry startups and established businesses to obtain consumer data and opinions. The sector is experiencing exponential growth, with several segments operating with little to no data. CSM is Leaf Trader's first platform launch to serve the online data and marketing needs of the cannabis and hemp industry'.
The firm is online at www.leaftraders.com .
