Kokoro Hires Knight to Lead Digital CX and UX
UK-based insights agency Kokoro (formerly ABA Research) has appointed former Virgin Media exec Martha Knight as Director of Digital Activation, leading its Digital Customer Experience programmes and UX research.
Knight previously headed up the Digital Strategy & Insight team at Virgin Media, and earlier worked in client side insight roles at M7S, John Lewis, Betfair, Tesco and Sky. Supply side roles have included spells at NOP World and Thornton, Drummond and Brett.
Kokoro founder Alison Bainbridge says of the hire: 'Martha's expertise in guiding Virgin Media's Digital Transformation perfectly complements Kokoro's mission to dig beneath what people say and expose the complex emotions that truly dictate our behaviour. Martha will ensure our relentless focus on translating this emotional intelligence into concrete business actions to help our clients deliver more effective digital experiences, products and services to customers'.
Founded in 1994 as ABA Research, the firm has around 100 employees in offices in St. Albans and Leeds, UK; Rotterdam; and New York.
