Australia's Potentiate Expands to Europe
Australian data intelligence company Potentiate has expanded to Europe, where it will be led by former Vision Critical executive Simon Harrington.
Potentiate focuses on customer experience management, employee engagement and market insights; offering a consultancy-led approach combined with technology. Last month, the company conditionally acquired Vision Critical Australia in a move to help brands strengthen customer relationships, while enabling Potentiate to expand and collaborate in additional markets around the world.
Harrington (pictured) joins as Managing Director Europe, to lead business growth and customer development across the region. In Europe, Potentiate will offer Vision Critical software, together with its existing suite of solutions and services, including insight community management, agile research, customer experience programmes, employee engagement program and prescriptive analytics.
