IFF Research Hires and Promotes
In London, full-service agency IFF Research has appointed Katy Wilburn as Head of Housing. In addition, Kelsey Beninger joins as Associate Director and Sarah Coburn has been promoted to the same role, while Hannah Dunn joins as People Manager.
 IFF, which began as a B2B specialist in 1965, now boasts expertise in sectors including learning and skills; higher education; employment and benefits; financial services; professional services; and health and wellbeing. Earlier this year, the firm acquired Birmingham-based research and software customer intelligence agency Voluntas, which specialises in the social housing sector.
Wilburn (pictured), who was previously Head of Insight at Voluntas, will lead IFF's Housing team, providing insight to the sector and with a specific focus on supporting social housing clients to measure tenant satisfaction. Beninger worked previously at Kantar, and brings with her seven years of experience, undertaking mixed-method research to inform strategy, policy and programme development for clients across the public and third sectors.
Coburn, who has been promoted after seven years with the firm, specialises in higher education research and has been instrumental in delivering work such as the 'Destination of Leavers from Higher Education' study, and later its replacement, 'Graduate Outcomes', on behalf of HESA. Dunn joins at AD level after working in the hospitality sector, with an HR background the firm says will support its remote-working interviewer network.
