Pinpoint Predictive Releases Shopper Personality App
Human behavior influencing and forecasting specialist Pinpoint Predictive has launched an app called Shopper Personality, which combines quantitative psychology with machine learning to uncover personalized word / image / color recommendations for US-based customers.
Pinpoint Predictive helps clients understand their customers through personality-driven content personalization. Its new app for the Shopify platform analyzes a merchant's store for its most profitable customers, de-identifies the resulting segment and then builds the aggregate personality characteristics for the group from Pinpoint's proprietary personality data. The app then drives peer-reviewed communications recommendations for each group's dominant personality characteristics, along with an interface that reveals how a customer segment compares to the broader US adult population and 35 personality dimensions.
While the current app is packaged for Shopify, several other eCommerce and e-mail marketing platforms are yet to be announced.
