Rapid Growth of FIRM Continues
Customers of Future Information Research Management (FIRM) completed a record 30 million online survey interviews in 2003 using its online survey & reporting software Confirmit. The figure represents an increase of 59% over 2002, bringing revenue growth of more than 40%.
FIRM, based in Oslo with offices in London, New York and San Francisco, was ranked Number 192 in the 2003 Deloitte European Technology Fast 500 with a revenue growth of 664% over the last 5 years (1998-2002).
