Canvs AI Launches Automatic Coding Tool
Emotion measurement specialist Canvs AI has unveiled what it describes as 'The MR industry's first AI-powered platform for automatic coding of open-ended survey responses'.
The tool 'removes the need for hand coding', and promises researchers the ability to combine fast insight generation with 'a deep understanding of how audiences think and feel and how those emotions drive behavior'. It uses programs to process the majority of open-ended survey responses, while giving the user controls to teach the system and refine results. The software spots themes in responses, and provides benchmark survey results to allow analysis of historical performance to contextualize results.
