Episerver to Buy Content Analytics Platform Idio
US software company Episerver is to acquire content personalization and analytics platform Idio, for an undisclosed sum.
London and New York-based Idio is a semantic platform designed to help brands and publishers understand and extract value from large volumes of content and customer conversations. Through real-time predictive analytics, Idio forecasts the interests and intent of every individual buyer and automatically delivers 'hyper-relevant' content to better engage each customer.
According to Episerver, the acquisition immediately enhances its own analytics and personalization capabilities, helping it to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
