Consensus Point Buys Competitor Analyst Cipher
In the US, prediction market intelligence and analytics specialist Consensus Point has acquired competitive strategy and technology firm Cipher Systems. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Cipher's Knowledge360 cloud-based competitive intelligence software, which is based on proprietary natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, enables clients to monitor their market for disruption, and assess their competitive landscape. The solution automates the collection and organization of information from a multitude of sources, allowing users to collaborate in real-time to develop insights that provide a competitive edge.
Consensus Point integrating this technology with consulting services will allow the combined company to offer 360-degree predictive intelligence and advisory services to brand strategy, competitive intelligence and market insights professionals.
