Research Partnership Names New Philadelphia Leader
Harriet Kozak, President of the Philadelphia office of healthcare specialist Research Partnership, is to retire at the end of the year. She is replaced from January 2nd 2020 by Sabera Hyderally, who currently serves as Director of MedTech, North America.
The London-based firm, which also has offices in Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, New York, Singapore and Lyon, provides primary qual and quant market research and consulting services to the sector. Kozak joined a decade ago, and has since expanded the Philadelphia office from four employees to a team of 30. She was previously VP, Commercial Development at Adelphi International Research, prior to which she served as VP at GfK Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she worked client-side as Director, Worldwide Marketing Research at Bristol- Myers Squibb; and as a Manager at McNeil Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson and Johnson.
Hyderally (pictured), who joined the company in March 2018, has more than 27 years' MR industry experience gained in roles at Lieberman, Ipsos, IMS Consulting, DRSI (acquired by IMS), Synovate Healthcare and Perception Research. During her time with Research Partnership, she has built up the MedTech Division, whose sales now represent 18% of ad hoc group company revenue. She will continue in her role as Head of MedTech, while in her new position as Head of the Philadelphia office she will assume overall responsibility for managing and growing the US healthcare business, both domestic and international.
