Cannabis Insights Firm Oasis Intelligence Launches
A new firm called Oasis Intelligence has been launched in Los Angeles, offering access to consumer insights at scale, for marketers in the cannabis and hemp industry, as well as related sectors.
The firm has been co-founded by qualitative researcher Laura Albers, who previously worked at McCann, TBWA\Chiat Day, RedSky Strategy and the experiential Cannaboss Circle, and co-founded the cannabis research and manufacturing symposium Microscopes & Machines; alongside ad agency strategist Ben Woo, whose background includes stints at Monitor Deloitte, TBWA\Chiat Day, and RedSky Strategy.
Their firm already offers the Oasis Cannabis and Hemp Tracking Study, which draws quant and qual consumer insights from a 20,000-person, state-by-state national study across all demographics, and including those states where cannabis is not currently legal. The tracker has been designed to help clients market their brand and develop products, knowing what consumers want, what they don't, how they consume and what's holding them back from trying and buying more. Oasis Intelligence also offers a range of solutions, from custom reports and research to white papers and subscriptions, and will be launching an interactive online dashboard later in 2020.
