Potentiate in Southeast Asia Auto Sector Analysis Deal

Australian data intelligence company Potentiate has partnered with auto industry research, advisory and data analytics services provider Differential Asia, to expand its 'Human Experience (HX) Connect' platform and syndicated management model to Southeast Asia.

Peter HarrisPotentiate focuses on customer experience (CX) management, employee engagement and market insights; offering a consultancy-led approach combined with technology. The partnership will focus on supporting the CX benchmarking needs of the automotive industry in the region, applying a model that has been implemented in Australia and other mature markets for more than twenty years. Potentiate will provide its HX Platform and Differential Asia will provide front-end client management and data contextualization capabilities, enabling clients to receive customer insights to improve operations and differentiate products and services through which to compete in their respective markets.

As part of the deal, real-time CX feedback across the entire customer lifecycle will be available, which Potentiate says will provide a more 'holistic view' for manufacturers to assess, analyse and action.
