Growth Funds for Predictive Intelligence Firm 6sense
San Francisco-based predictive intelligence firm 6sense has raised $40m in a Series C funding round, which it says it will use to 'aggressively' scale operations and accelerate expansion of its platform.
The firm, which launched out of stealth in 2014 with a $12m investment round, taps into AI, proprietary machine learning algorithms and behavioral data to help clients identify potential B2B customers and predict sales. Its Account Based Orchestration Platform is used to uncover anonymous buying behavior, buyer intent data and predictive analytics, for use in digital ad targeting.
New funding has been led by venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners, and brings the total raised to date to more than $105m. Jason Zintak (pictured), CEO of 6sense, comments: 'Our company growth has been fueled by the success of our customers, and our Series C funding will enable 6sense to further invest in AI-driven orchestration capabilities to help companies of all sizes build and scale account based programs and uncover new opportunities. We are extremely excited to partner with Insight, and leverage the unparalleled support they'll provide as we scale our operations'.
