Talkwalker Debuts 'Conversation Clusters' Data Visualizer
In New York, social media monitoring and analytics platform Talkwalker has launched a data visualization tool called Conversation Clusters, to enable marketers, PR professionals and consumer insight analysts to uncover, understand and visualize the context around any topic.
Talkwalker's analytics platform uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyze online conversations in real-time across social media networks, news web sites, blogs and forums in 187 languages. Last year, the firm launched a product called Customer Data +, which allows enterprises to analyze customer conversations from their own first-party data sources.
Its new Conversation Clusters is based on a machine learning algorithm which groups results semantically. This algorithm first identifies relevant word patterns and topic structures in the results taken from the firm's annotated database of billions of articles; and then plots them so that results with many similarities are shown close to each other. Using a parallel infrastructure, Talkwalker is then able to analyze tens of thousands of links and connections between data points, at speed.
Todd Grossman (pictured), Talkwalker CEO Americas comments: 'A contextual AI solution like Conversation Clusters enables users to train custom AI models using business-specific datasets - fast and easy, without the need for costly user training. An analysis that would take weeks or months to build can now produce actionable results in minutes. It's never been so easy to map hidden patterns within any topic to create trending content, find consumer insights or leverage the next big trends for content creation.'
