Expansion Funds for Marketing Data Platform Funnel
Stockholm and Boston-based tech start-up Funnel, which helps businesses make their marketing data 'business-ready', has raised $47m in a Series B round of investment. The firm will use these new funds to continue to fulfil market demand for its platform, particularly in the US.
Funnel's technology automatically imports 'all' a company's marketing data, exporting it in a format ready for reporting and analysis. The firm says this gives users their prepared data with no downtime when requirements change, allowing technical teams to focus on 'high-value' activities rather than tasks such as collecting, cleaning, normalizing and integrating data.
New funding has been led by Eight Roads Ventures and F-Prime Capital, with participation from existing investors Balderton Capital, Oxx, Zobito and Industrifonden, as well as Kreos Capital.
