UBDI Partners with Aus Insight Firm Faster Horses
US-based UBDI, which allows individuals to be compensated for sharing anonymous, aggregated data, has partnered with Australian insights firm Faster Horses in a bid to expand its global footprint.
With UBDI (universal basic data income), companies pay for data for market research and business intelligence purposes; with members compensated through an asset and revenue-backed digital currency, also called UBDI. According to the two firms, the partnership will ensure that there is growth for the UBDI platform across multiple geographies, giving people the opportunity to earn based on what they are prepared to share.
Veronica Mayne, Faster Horses' Perth-based MD, comments: 'What I really love about UBDI is the fact that it rewards people respectfully. The days of paying sub $1 for a 20-minute survey are over as they only lead to cheating, skipping and poor insights. UBDI provides a fair value exchange by sharing 80% of the fee to the client with respondents. It's a far more egalitarian approach'.
UBDI, which was co-founded in by Dana Budzyn and Shane Green (pictured), is online at: www.ubdi.com , while Faster Horses is on the web at: www.fasterhorses.consulting .
