Five Hires for Fast-Growing Boxclever
Leeds, UK-based full service agency Boxclever has added five new team members: Laura Byrne and Steven Marsh as Research Directors; Charlotte Hodgson as an Insight Manager and Karla Rendle as Qualitative Insight Manager; and Tilly Lewis as Marketing Manager.
Byrne brings nine years' experience of mixed-mode agency research in government, education, media and charities sectors. Most recently, she worked as a senior government advisor on Brexit analysis, and before this she spent eight years on ICM / Walnut's Government & Social Team, latterly as Research Director. Marsh has more than twenty years of agency-side experience as a quant specialist with experience in qual, ethnography, insight communities, social intelligence, semiotics and behavioral science/ consumer psychology, and including nearly five years at Join the Dots and more than eight at AECOM, in roles including Principal Consultant (Social / Market Research). He also worked for two years as Principal Researcher at Mott Macdonald.
Hodgson has worked with the retail, financial, energy, media and international businesses, and has a background in dual research including two years most recently as an Insight Associate at PwC UK, following a year as an RE at Optimisa Research. Rendle worked at Euromonitor International for four years as a Research Associate / Analyst, before joining retailer New Look as Junior Group Insight Manager in December 2016, promoted to Senior Analyst two years later. Her qual expertise includes ethnographic research, trend forecasting and focus groups.
Lewis joins as Marketing Manager, with experience in sectors including hospitality, fashion, retail, charity and wholesale. She spent more than seven years as Customer Services Manager at Zone Two UK Ltd, and for the last six has run her own business, Tilly Peppers.
