CMNTY Adds MoodBoard Visualization Feature
Netherlands-based insights community software firm CMNTY Corporation has launched a feature called MoodBoard, through which community members can add images to a digital canvas in order to visualize their thoughts and ideas during online co-creation sessions.
The firm, which also has an office in New York City, offers access to its flagship CMNTY Platform, which combines a variety of quant and qual tools into a single solution. Its new MoodBoard was developed in partnership with Unsplash.com, which provides a fully integrated free stock photo library.
Community members can search images and drag-and-drop them on their canvas, or upload images from their desktop or phone - enabling them to share their mood as an image for the rest of the community to see. Members search for images with keywords that define their visual and add them to their board; and once in the board, these images can be rearranged so they represent that user's mood. MoodBoards can then be analyzed in the firm's moderation tool, CMNTY Pulse.
Maxim Schram (pictured), CMNTY founder and CEO, comments: 'Early tests show that the new MoodBoard is increasing engagement rates even further. But huge amounts of qualitative content also calls for smarter ways to do your analysis, and that's where the AI chimes in. The continued development of CMNTY Platform is driven by our clients' need to turn community content into actionable insights faster and more efficiently'.
