Leger Hires Customer Experience Specialist
Canadian polling, MR and strategy firm Leger has appointed client strategist Isabelle Blanchet as Vice President, Customer Experience, leading its Consulting Services division.
Founded in 1986, Leger has more than 600 employees working from eight offices in Canada and the US, and includes a Leger Metrics division which supplies Customer Experience Management (CEM) and VoC (Voice of the Customer) solutions. Blanchet (pictured) joins from customer relations management and outsourcing specialist Humania BPO, where she served as VP Client Experience and Marketing. Prior to this she spent seven years at Laurentian Bank, latterly as Principal of Client Experience; and nearly thirteen years at Bell Canada, the last five of them as Deputy Divisional Manager - Marketing Strategy (Retail).
