Firms in Automated Respondent Rewards Partnership
In the US, conjoint analysis and MaxDiff tools provider Sawtooth Software has partnered with digital rewards platform Rybbon, aiming to increase response rates by offering automated rewards.
Orem, Utah-based Sawtooth delivers advanced analytics and insights through conjoint analysis of survey responses, to help clients understand what's important to their customers and to predict what they will buy or choose. Rybbon has an extensive catalog of eGifts from brands such as Amazon, along with rewards like Visa and Mastercard pre-paid cards and charitable donations. Together, the firms will help customers manage incentives through an automated, self-run survey rewards system.
The rewards process is automatic, and by adding incentives to their survey programs, Sawtooth says customers can boost response rates, and improve the quality of data. Justin Luster (pictured), Director of Product Management at Sawtooth, adds: 'This simplifies our reward fulfilment, so we can focus our energy on providing even higher levels of client satisfaction with our choice analysis software'.
