Publicis Buys Aus Consultancy Third Horizon

In Australia, digital business transformation company Publicis Sapient has acquired management consultancy Third Horizon, which helps organisations with business transformation, and identifies trends to help them prioritise growth opportunities.

Founded in 2004, Third Horizon has more than 70 staff in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Publicis Sapient says the acquisition will strengthen its own strategy and consulting capabilities, while adding to its existing team of 20,000 professionals across 53 offices.
