ISG to Publish Digital Business SaaS Market Study
Tech research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) is launching a study to examine the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market supporting digital business functions, including human resources and procurement.
ISG, which was founded in 2006 by former VNU / Nielsen exec Michael Connors, specializes in digital transformation services such as cloud and data analytics; change management; market intelligence and technology research and analysis. Its new study, 'Digital Business - SaaS Solutions 2020', which is due to be released in August, will cover a range of SaaS products designed to support human capital management, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management. Enterprise buyers will be able to use information from the report to evaluate their current vendor relationships, while ISG advisors will use the information to recommend providers to the firm's buy-side clients.
Results will be published in an ISG Provider Lens report. ISG analyst Pedro Bicudo Maschio (pictured) will serve as lead author of the report, and ISG partners Debora Card, Julie Fernandez and Stacy Cadigan will serve as consultants.
