TapClicks Buys Ad Intelligence Specialist AdStage
In the US, digital marketing and performance analytics specialist TapClicks has acquired marketing and advertising intelligence solutions provider AdStage, for an undisclosed sum.
San Francisco-based AdStage offers a suite of self-service solutions that analyze and measure the impact of campaigns. Its proprietary technology takes in cross-channel marketing data and normalizes it automatically, enabling users to analyze their data and deliver insights to optimize digital marketing at scale. The firm's suite of products includes Report, which helps users build dashboards; and Automate, through which users can build automation rules for campaign optimization.
TapClicks says it will integrate AdStage into its family of brands, which includes iSpionage, Megalytic and StatX. CEO and founder Babak Hedayati (pictured) says the firm has seen 'tremendous' demand for analytics and cross-channel optimization solutions. He comments: 'These capabilities from AdStage will be instrumental in achieving the TapClicks vision to offer a full spectrum of integrated solutions that use advanced AI and predictive capabilities to provide an actionable pathway to success'.
