Four Hires for quantilope New York

Hamburg, Germany-based MR agency quantilope has added four new employees to its team in New York.

Katelyn Ferraraquantilope's platform maps the entire market research process from client needs to analysis and data visualization; and the firm also offers a fully-automated TURF model, helping clients to maximise the consumer reach of new products and marketing campaigns by identifying the best combination of attributes. A Series A financing round raising $8m in 2018 was followed by the opening of an office in New York early last year.

Katelyn Ferrara (pictured) joins as Head of Client Development. She most recently served as Director of Sales, Measurement at Moat by Oracle Data Cloud; before which she was Associate Director, Partner and Advertiser Solutions at Experian Marketing Services; and Senior Account Development Manager at Forrester Research.

Salome Rances and Max Cryns both join as Research Consultants. Rances has more than ten years of experience designing and conducting qual and quant research studies, latterly as Client Success Manager at consumer intelligence provider Suzy, before which she spent five years as an SRA at GfK. Cryns was previously a Senior Research Manager at Ipsos, having earlier worked for Elysium Health as Customer Experience Associate. Finally, Steve Kawalek joins quantilope as an Account Executive, after working for data science tool Displayr as Business Development Director; for Q Research Software as Business Development Manager; and as Research Associate at The Harrison Group.
