Divergent Insights Launches Survey Management Tool
Southeast Asia-based qual and quant marketing intelligence company Divergent Insights has launched a cloud-based, fully automated survey management tool called OSM.
Divergent has offices in India, Singapore, South Korea and Indonesia, as well as a strategic partner in China, and a presence across Europe, APAC and the US through its consultants. Its services also include online panels and panel management, automotive clinics, business and secondary research, social media analysis, and virtual reality consumer experience measures.
The new OSM (Online Survey Management) tool offers a digital fingerprinting engine which de-dupes respondents across multiple databases and traffic sources, and deletes repeat respondents. Real-time dashboards and reports give clients a 'holistic view' of project performance, from source to supplier. The tool is available in multiple languages, can be custom branded for each client, and provides white label customer support.
