Voxco Launches 'Free' Web Site Satisfaction Surveys
Montreal, Canada-based research software firm Voxco has launched a 'no charge' web site satisfaction survey tool, allowing businesses of all sizes to measure customer experience online. The tool is available in English, with more languages to follow shortly.
Acquired last year by private investment firm Pivoton Capital, Voxco offers an integrated platform to collect survey data through multiple channels including web, mobile and phone surveys. The firm says its new web site satisfaction tool can be downloaded by businesses and up and running in minutes, and is completely free to use. Companies can use it to gather customer data in order to better understand visitor intent, task completion, customer effort, customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
CMO Jonathan Levitt (pictured) comments: 'Most web sites convert in the low single digits. We want to give people the ability to understand the 'why' behind conversion and supply them with the key performance indicators required to really move the needle. By listening to the voice of the customer and understanding what's working and what isn't, web site owners can improve the experience and drive higher outcome measures'.
