Seed Funds for Revenue Intelligence Platform Canopy
In the US, revenue intelligence platform Canopy has raised $2m in a seed funding round, which it will use to scale product development, build additional integrations, and grow its sales and marketing teams.
Launched last year, Canopy's Signals feature uses AI and machine learning-driven statistical models to identify patterns and trends in a company's sales activity, and uncover insights around forecasting, and historic trends. The analytics platform measure results at every level of the organization, providing real-time alerts.
Canopy CEO and co-founder Pat Rodgers (pictured) comments: 'Sales Managers are grossly underserved by technology, and yet they have enormous influence over whether or not revenue teams hit their target. With active monitoring, Canopy eliminates the time wasted trying to connect and analyze data and provides teams with the real-time information they need to be proactive'.
New funding was led by High Alpha Capital and Elevate Ventures, with participation from IU Ventures and Service Provider Capital.
