Employee Research Appointment
Performance Assessment Network, Inc. ('pan') has announced the appointment of Marc Drizin as Director of Surveys and Workforce Research. Drizin was previously VP of employee loyalty research at Walker Information and is a recognised authority on employee loyalty and engagement.
Drizin, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, worked at Burke Marketing Research for five years and then at Walker for eighteen. He is President of the Board of Directors for the Information and Referral Network and a frequent speaker at international and regional conferences, including the Society of Human Resource Management.
His responsibilities at pan will include a suite of employee engagement surveys and benchmarks, plus customised research.
