New Funds for Customer Insights Platform GroupSolver
San Diego-based online customer insights technology provider GroupSolver has raised $2m in its third round of fund raising.
GroupSolver, which also has operations in Utah and Slovakia, says its platform combines machine learning and crowd intelligence to automatically organize and convert natural language answers into business insights which would traditionally remain hidden from online surveys or focus groups.
The new funding round has been led by Eterus Capital, with participation from Tech Coast Angels and others. Rasto Ivanic (pictured), GroupSolver's co-founder and CEO, comments: 'We are excited to continue our journey of transforming online surveys into a smarter and more effective insights tool. This capital infusion will help us keep up with market demand while speeding up introduction of several transformative product features our customers have asked for.
