Qualtrics, Korn Ferry Expand Employee XM Partnership
Experience management (XM) company Qualtrics and consulting firm Korn Ferry have ramped up their partnership, to meet the 'evolving employee listening needs' of their clients.
Qualtrics is owned by SAP, and offers solutions including EmployeeXM, through which HR leaders can gather feedback from across the entire employee lifecycle and detect trends in engagement. Over the past year, the firms have worked together to incorporate Korn Ferry's proprietary 'Engaged Performance' framework and research into the Qualtrics XM platform, subsequently designing and implementing employee experience programs for more than 100 customers.
In the coming months the partners will introduce new customer services, including an extension to Qualtrics' Action Planning module. Clients will be able to access Korn Ferry's Virtual Coach to obtain an interpretation of their employee feedback results, receive feedback on engaging and enabling their teams, and get on-demand access to content across a variety of topics related to engagement.
Byrne Mulrooney, CEO of Korn Ferry RPO, Professional Search and Products (pictured left), says clients will now be able to drive increased organizational performance from their XM programs, 'faster and at a greater scale'. Qualtrics 'Chief Ecosystem Officer' John Torrey (right) adds: 'Our shared vision with Korn Ferry has helped our joint customers quickly realize the business impact of their XM programs, and we will continue to invest in our partnership in new ways to accelerate how we help organizations worldwide'.
