ISG Acquires Robotic Process Automation Firm Neuralify
Technology research and advisory firm ISG (Information Services Group) has acquired Neuralify, which focuses on implementing robotic process automation (RPA) across the enterprise. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ISG says RPA is part of the bigger trend of 'hyperautomation', an approach through which organizations identify and automate as many business processes as possible using tools such as machine learning and packaged software. Neuralify is based in Concord, Massachusetts and arms its clients with the knowledge and expertise required to become self-sufficient in automation, using a proprietary learning technology platform.
This platform enables hands-on learning and mentoring featuring 'learn by doing' simulation environments - with new content and real-world scenarios updated frequently. Neuralify also offers a gamified environment called Games Arena, designed to stimulate awareness, interest and engagement in an organization's RPA program. ISG says the Neuralify applied learning platform, designed for continuous remote learning, will expand its own ISG Automation client training capabilities, helping clients adopt RPA technology, especially in the current work-from-home environment.
John Mone (pictured), CEO and co-founder of Neuralify, who joins ISG Automation as a Partner, adds: 'Neuralify's applied learning model teaches technical and non-technical users to build quality bots using real-world scenarios with instant grading and feedback. Our solution is proven to accelerate RPA adoption across our clients' organizations. There is nothing like it on the market today'.
