Global HotelBenchmark Reports Launched
Hotel performance researchers Deloitte, specialists in markets outside North America, have announced an alliance with US lodging industry benchmarking experts Smith Travel Research (STR). The two will produce a series of benchmarking reports on the performance of the global hotel industry.
The HotelBenchmark Trend Reports were unveiled at the 7th International Hotel Investment Forum this week, and provide market coverage of over 1.2 million hotel rooms. Five year historical performance data includes occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (revPAR), percentage change and 12-month moving averages.
The reports can be easily customised to suit specific client requirements and are provided in Excel format.
