Deloitte Buys Advisory and Analytics Firm Spatial Access
Management consultancy Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India has acquired advertising and marketing advisory and analytics firm Spatial Access for an undisclosed sum.
Founded by advertising industry exec Meenakshi Menon, Mumbai-based Spatial Access offers services to help advertisers make media and marketing decisions; and understand and analyse content to measure their communications and PR campaigns. The firm provides direct access to consumers for insights and consumption feedback, and its algorithm-based analytical models help marketers measure their return on investment.
According to Deloitte, the deal will bring 'best-in-class' solutions from the two companies - integrating knowledge-driven sector expertise from Spatial Access with its own technology and advanced data analytics skills; helping brand marketers to gain deeper insights on consumers and advertising.
