Former Alterian Leader Named 3radical CEO
In the US, audience engagement and earned data solutions specialist 3radical has appointed former Alterian exec Michael Fisher as Chief Executive Officer; taking over from Alterian founder David Eldridge who becomes Chairman.
Chicago-based 3radical's Voco platform enables companies to engage audiences using gamification techniques. The platform combines game science theory, data accumulated from billions of interactions, and immediate self-reported data, in order to deliver the optimum mix of interactive content, rewards incentives and channel for each individual.
Fisher (pictured) joins with experience from marketing software firm Protagona and data company Epsilon, after which he led North American operations at analytics and social media monitoring specialist Alterian. Alongside David Eldridge, then CEO at Alterian, he grew revenue for North America from $3m to $30m and helped develop the business into a provider of cross-channel campaign management software. Fisher then led Infogroup-owned Yes Lifecycle Marketing, and FLIT Consulting.
In his new role, he will work alongside Eldridge to lead the company. Elridge comments: 'Having known and worked with Michael for twenty years, there is no one better suited to delivering disruptive technology and approaches to solve critical business challenges. I am delighted he is leading the charge for 3radical, enabling organizations worldwide to create and deliver optimal digital experiences that engage individuals and earn data transparently and progressively'.
