Funds for Data Science Firm Attunely

Seattle, WA-based data science firm Attunely has raised $6m in a funding round, and will recruit across a broad swathe of roles including data science and data / security software professionals.

Attunely is led by founder and CEO Scott Ferris (pictured) and has around sixteen staff. The firm provides a machine learning platform which uses anonymised analysis of consumer behaviour - combined with debt records and macroeconomic trend data - to help users reduce churn, optimise user / customer experience, enhance revenue recovery and target content and timing of promotional / outreach activites.

The new capital comes from a Series A investment and adds to $3m from an earlier seed round. Investors include Framework Venture Partners, Anthos Capital, Vulcan Capital, as well as other independents. Andrew Lugsdin, Partner at Framework Venture Partners will join Attunely's Board of Directors.
