SMG and Voxpopme Link for Video-based Qual Insights
US-based Service Management Group (SMG) has partnered with video insight platform Voxpopme, to offer a combination of video feedback and experience management data.
SMG combines platform technology and professional services to uncover customer, patient and employee insights, boost loyalty and drive business outcomes. Its new partner Voxpopme develops automated video feedback software to help clients capture and analyze qualitative data at a quant scale.
The deal provides SMG's clients with the ability to capture self-recorded videos from customers, and gain a deeper understanding of sentiment from the stories they share. Charlie Moore, SMG's VP/GM of CX Solutions, says the alliance will enable clients to pair real-time video feedback with 'holistic' experience management data.
