Blue Provident Becomes Feedback Works Australia
Australian employee research firm Blue Provident is merging with its UK partner Feedback Works, and will take the British company's name.
The rebranded Australian operation will combine in-depth experience of workforce and culture surveys, and diagnostic tools, with Feedback Works' feedback methodologies and workforce consulting experience. Blue Provident was founded in Perth in 2006, moved its headquarters to the UK in 2011, and opened a Norway office in 2018.
Feedback Works in the UK was launched two years ago by Sam Dawson and Rob Browton, the latter having originally co-founded Blue Provident and led it in the UK as MD. The firm's 'oursurvey.works' product features a pre-designed questionnaire and survey process, and has a strong focus on the small to medium-sized business market, although it also works for the likes of Carlsberg and Royal Mail.
With the latest announcement, Andrew Madams has been appointed as MD of Feedback Works Australia, and will expand the business there alongside Blue Provident co-founder Jon Wilson (pictured) who becomes a Director of Feedback Works Australia. Wilson comments: 'Expanding our proposition as part of the Feedback Works family means we can offer a more flexible, nimble, cost-effective and customer-focused alternative compared with larger global firms in our market, who are trending towards fixed services which are less responsive to the specific needs and circumstances of any one client organisation'.
The company is online at www.feedback.works .
