GoBeep Launches Brewery Customer Targeting Tool
In the US, mobile marketing and consumer data firm GoBeep has launched an app to help breweries micro-target each customer based on their self-reported preferences.
Using GoBeep's patent-pending app, brewery customers can share and revoke personal information; and breweries can access customer data and trends through an online dashboard that monitors membership revenue, customer feedback and preferences. This dashboard also offers an interface through which to upload and send personalized offers, promotions, events, and educational information, with the aim of driving loyalty and sales by deepening the emotional connection to brands. The company is already planning to roll out this technology to wineries and other small businesses in the future.
