STRAT7 ResearchBods Launches Customer Success Division
In the UK, customer insights and communities platform developer STRAT7 ResearchBods has opened a Customer Success division, which will focus on delivering 'first-class' client experience and providing resources and support throughout the customer journey.
The company is part of 'data-driven strategy group' STRAT7, which was founded last year by data and analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE. The group then launched a specialist business strategy offering called STRAT7+, based in Stockholm and building on existing group capabilities in data collection, analytics and insight.
The new division will be led by Emily McCarthy (pictured), who joined last year to lead the Client Services team, and has now been promoted to Head of Customer Success. Her new role will involve overseeing the internal Client Services, Insight, Community Management and Creative teams, to stimulate opportunities across the business.
Commenting on the launch, McCarthy said: 'I don't believe there's a one size fits all approach when it comes to clients. Our new Customer Success division utilises a rigorous framework to deliver client satisfaction, but at the same time gives us plenty of scope to tailor our offering to each individual client. We can identify potential gaps in our product and service proposition more easily, and work with our clients to develop tactical and strategic solutions to achieve both long and short-term goals. We're confident that the new division will play a vital role in helping our clients accelerate growth'.
