DataQ Customer Intelligence and Targeting Tool Acquired
In the US, data-driven performance marketing agency Power Digital has acquired self-service customer intelligence and targeting tool DataQ. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Fueled by proprietary algorithms and advanced extract, transform, and load (ETL) technology, DataQ connects first-party customer and transaction data for use in personalized marketing campaigns. Built for the eCommerce retail sector, the technology delivers relevant and segmented audience groups and detailed analysis to help clients increase purchase frequency, reduce customer churn, and find customers similar to their most valuable clientele.
Grayson Lafrenz, CEO of Power Digital, says the deal will see DataQ's capabilities combined with his firm's own proprietary machine learning tool nova, to provide insight into every step of the customer journey. Andreas Roell, co-founder of DataQ, adds: 'On our two-year standalone journey, we have witnessed how media campaigns not only drive higher performance through our abilities for increased personalization, but also how eCommerce brands have taken advantage of newly found transactional insights about their customers.
