SalesForce Ventures Adds to AppsFlyer Investor Roster
Mobile app measurement and attribution platform AppsFlyer has announced that Salesforce Ventures has joined its roster of investors, in a late extension to its $210m Series D round of funding, which closed in January. The funding values AppsFlyer at $2bn.
AppsFlyer's platform measures the performance of marketing campaigns across thousands of media partners, and tracks hundreds of millions of installs and more than one trillion user actions every month. The firm also offers uninstall attribution analysis, to enable marketers to pinpoint which users uninstalled their apps, and attribute uninstalls back to the originating media source and campaign.
While AppsFlyer did not disclose the Series D extension funding amount, it said that it has now raised more than $300m to date. Oren Kaniel, CEO and co-founder of AppsFlyer, comments: 'We're incredibly excited to deepen our integration with Salesforce and Salesforce Ventures, as we take another step towards ensuring that marketers, app developers, and the entire ecosystem is armed with the best marketing tech stack for the challenges of tomorrow.'
