Alchemer is Latest CX Partnership for Voxpopme
CX and voice-of-the-customer software firm Alchemer has announced a partnership with UK-based Voxpopme, allowing the former's clients to capture customer-recorded video feedback.
Boulder, Colorado-based Alchemer was founded in 2006 and until recently known as SurveyGizmo. The firm provides survey software to more than 15,000 customers in over 190 countries, and collects more than a million responses every day. Following the deal, its users can now add open-ended video questions to surveys, analyse and edit response with Voxpopme's automated tools, adding the feature to any CX, VoC, or other quant program they run through Alchemer.
David Roberts (pictured), CEO of Alchemer says the enhancement 'allows users to connect with customers at a more personal level', while Dave Carruthers, founder and CEO at Voxpopme, comments: 'Being people-first is table stakes in modern business, yet people can be easily forgotten in a world awash with quantitative data. So it's hugely exciting to be partnering with Alchemer to create a native video question that adds the unique benefits of qualitative feedback to survey data'.
Just three weeks ago, Voxpopme announced a partnership with customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform Alida - previously known as Vision Critical.
