Store Analytics Platform ShopFluency Launches
US-based consultancy Lift361 has launched a marketing analytics platform called ShopFluency, combining store data with insights gathered from a number of other sources to build data-rich customer profiles for use in targeting campaigns.
ShopFluency has been developed to help direct consumer companies using platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, enhance their existing customer information by appending it with household demographic data. The resulting customer profiles can be used to build look-alike audiences, to help clients better understand their customers, for improved targeting initiatives.
Seth Hirsch (pictured), co-founder of ShopFluency, comments: 'Being able to clearly articulate who your best customers are is a gray area for a lot of businesses. They may have the tools to do this broadly, but they can't drill down to specifics. These very specific profiles can help to enhance your tactics, such as by driving better targeting with social media ads and e-mail, but also by bridging the gap to merchandising and customer services so everyone can use the same language.'
