Promotion for a Dozen at BritainThinks
London-based, employee owned insight and strategy consultancy BritainThinks has promoted Julia Ridpath to Research Director, Richenda Devereux to Director of Operations, and Helen Mason-Belshaw to Director of Finance; along with nine other promotions to Research Lead and SRE roles.
Ridpath (pictured) joined the company in 2015 from the Labour Party, where she was a key member of the Strategy and Planning Team. Her focus is designing innovative approaches for complex qual, quant and deliberative research challenges.
Devereux, who joined the firm in 2019, heads up development and implementation of BritainThinks' operational strategy, championing responsible and ethical business practice while ensuring the company runs as smoothly and successfully as possible.
Mason-Belshaw has more than twenty years of in-house finance experience, and will continue to work on the development of the finance function in line with business growth. She combines her work at the company with providing finance support to a number of small charities.
Meanwhile the company has promoted Katharine Allen, Tom Brookes, Talia Coroniti, Allie Jennings and Clare Palmer to Research Lead, and Rhian Scott, Alice Hayward, Charles Long and James Cox to Senior Research Executive.
Founding partner Ben Shimshon comments: 'We are delighted to promote all 12 members of our team. All thoroughly deserve this recognition of the hard work they put in and the value they bring to their clients and the company. It will be fantastic to see them step up in their new roles'.
