MacIsaac Back at C Space in COO Role
In the US, Polly MacIsaac has returned to online community specialist C Space as Chief Operating Officer, allowing Phil Burgess to relinquish his operations responsibilities and focus on his role as Chief People Officer.
Owned by Omnicom, C Space offers services including private online communities, in-person live events, visual storytelling, co-creation workshops and business consulting. MacIsaac (pictured) re-joins after more than two years as SVP, Customer Success at search advertising software company Wordstream. Prior to this, she spent nearly seven years at C Space, latterly as VP, Client Services; Managing Director in Boston, MA. Earlier, she was Branding & Product Development Lead at children's television series WordWorld; and VP Marketing at toy manufacturer Learning Curve Brands / RC2.
Commenting on the change, Burgess said: 'Polly's arrival means that I'll be able to refocus my efforts on the areas which I'm most passionate about - culture-building, people development, inclusion, and the day-to-day employee experience of our incredible team'.
