Behaviorally Names FMCG Exec Stefan Barden as Chair
Shopper insights specialist Behaviorally (known until last week as PRS IN VIVO USA) has appointed Stefan Barden as Non-Executive Chair of its Board of Directors.
Backed by new majority shareholder Alcentra, Behaviorally focuses on behavioral research, particularly across packaging and shopper marketing. Barden (pictured) joins the firm's Board with more than twenty years of experience as General Manager, MD and CEO of many large FMCG manufacturers, after graduating from McKinsey Management Consultancy and Unilever's fast track management development program. His previous CEO roles have included Northern Foods; Heinz UK and Ireland; and more recently Internet retailer Wiggle.
Commenting on the appointment, behaviorally Chief Exec Alex Hunt said: 'We couldn't be happier to have a leader of Stefan's caliber accept the Board Chair position with Behaviorally. His extensive experience running companies that market consumer brands and offer digital retail services will contribute immeasurably to the growth strategy of Behaviorally as well as those of our clients'.
