Qualtrics Hires Three US Leaders
In the US, experience management company Qualtrics has appointed Julia Anas as Chief People Officer, Edward Chen as Head of Corporate Development and Strategy, and Gina Sheibley as Chief Communications Officer.
SAP-owned Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': contact center customer needs forecast CustomerXM; employee engagement trend tracker EmployeeXM; ProductXM, which gives product managers the ability to test market 'fit' on new products; and BrandXM. Anas joins from software giant Adobe, where she served as VP, Employee Experience, before which she was a Director at software company Symantec. Earlier, she led people teams at Intuit, Solyndra, Align Technology and Yahoo!
Chen most recently spent five years driving inorganic growth initiatives at cloud communications platform Twilio. He was the firm's first corporate development / M&A employee and built a team that led more than ten acquisitions. Prior to Twilio, he worked in VMware's Strategy and Corporate Development team, on M&A, venture investments and strategic partnerships. Sheibley joins after more than eight years at Salesforce, most recently as SVP of Corporate Communications. Earlier, she worked for Symantec, latterly as Director of Executive Communications.
