Software Firm Customer Thermometer Acquired

In the UK, customer feedback software company Customer Thermometer has been acquired by e-mail signature software and solutions provider Exclaimer Group.

Founded in 2010 by Lindsay Willott (pictured) and headquartered in Brighton, Customer Thermometer uses one-click surveys to deliver a real-time pulse of customer feedback from every corporate e-mail sent, for every customer interaction.

Exclaimer will integrate surveys from Customer Thermometer into e-mails through a 'drag and drop' interface, and says the buy further extends its market position in the signature management marketplace.
